  1. In a bowl, add chicken, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp maida, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, salt. Mix well. Add beaten egg. Mix well. Keep the marinated chicken covered for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan. Add oil to deep fry the marinated chicken pieces. Once the chicken pieces are golden brown, keep aside.
  3. Heat a pan. Add oil. Now add chopped garlic spring onion, green chillies, chopped onion, capsicum. Saute for few seconds. Now add remaining soya sauce. Add red chilly sauce, tomato sauce, schezwan sauce and mix well. Saute for few seconds. Add salt, sugar, red chilly powder, black pepper powder. Saute for few seconds. Now add corn flour mixing with 1 tsp water.
  4. Now add the fried chicken pieces. Saute for few seconds. Switch off the flame. Transfer to serving bowl, garnish with chopped spring onions or green chillies.
