- Clean meat and pressure cook with turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, Asafoetida, salt and water (100ml). Switch off in one whistle.
- Blend onions coarsely.
- In a cooker add ginger, oil, add blended onions,saute..

- Add pepper, chilli powder and Garam masala powder.
- Add Ginger garlic paste and cooked meat along with the stalk.Add salt.
- Close the lid and Switch off in one whistle. Open the lid and let it reduce it's consistent. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot
