- Heat the pan in medium heat,add a tbsp oil and put the meat and let it brown on both sides 3 mins each

- Add pureed tomatoes and tomato paste let them Cook for 3-5mins in low medium heat.
- Add cooking cream n reduce heat Cook covered for 30mins. Keep checking to ensure the cream does not dry out completely. Lastly Add 1/4 cup water if need be.
- Cut the remaining bell pepper into small piece's and mix in the cooked rice and serve.
- To the goat meat add coriader leaves mix in and serve with rice
