  7. Add 1 cup pepper cheese to pot until melted.
  8. Serve over Frito's corn chips. Add pepper cheese and cilantro to garnish
  9. You can add extra chili powder and cumin during cooking at a 2 to 1 chili powder to cumin ratio if desired.
