- Take 1 TBS oil
- Get 1/2 kg Okra(bhindi)

- In a pot, add oil and okra.Fry for 4-5minutes and set aside.
- In the same pot, add oil and onion,fry until translucent.
- Add gralic,green chilli pasteand mix well.
- Add tomatoes and all the spices and mix well until tomatoes are soft.
- Add stir fried okra (bhindi) and mix well.
- Add lemon juice,dried fenugreek leaves.
- Sprinkle green coriander and serve with chapati.
