- cover lightly and allow to rise again til doubled. … about 45 minutes. while loaves are rising. .. preheat oven to 350°F
- bake for 35 - 45 minutes or until loaves sound hollow when tapped lightly. remove from oven and allow to cool completely on wire rack
- enjoy plain, with butter or jam… you can even toast it
- or… (and this way is totally yummy and my favorite)… after a few days, cut nice thick slices and use this bread to make decadent french toast and top it with fresh fruit
