- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over all the apple chopped pieces and flesh parts of the halves
- Mix the pieces and spiced pork together
- Add the pork mixture to apple halves, pressing gently into cavity of apple halves.
- Put pork side down in an oven safe dish
- Roast for 20 minutes
