  11. Remove from the oven and create a small well in the cheese of each khachapuri. Add an egg yolk to each well.
  12. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
  13. Remove from oven and use a small amount of butter to rub on the dough.
  14. Serve and enjoy. Be careful - it will be extremely hot!
