- Take 2 tbsp full fat coconut milk

- Remove the chicken from the pan, add the remaining Stork margarine and onions. Fry until softened
- Add the garlic and fry a further minute
- Add the chicken back to the pan with the passata and bring to a low simmer
- Add the cream and stir until heated through
