  1. Heat oil in a pan,add bhindi and roast 5 to 8 minutes or till it turns light brown in colour.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a another pan, add cumin seeds and stir well.
  3. Add onion and fry till translucent.
  4. Then, add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2,3 minute.
  5. Now add tomatoes and saute till it turn soft.
  6. Add salt, turmeric powder and mix well.
  7. Then add red chilli powder, coriander powder, Garam Masala Powder and mix well.
  8. Now add roasted bhindi and mix well.
  9. Add dried fenugreek leaves and dum for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve hot with roti.
