  7. Grate parmigiano into the skillet. - - Flip the sandwich onto the cheese. - - Press gently with a spatula and cover.
  8. Cook until brown and crispy. - - Remove from heat and transfer onto a serving plate. - - Repeat the steps for the remaining sandwich. - - Slice and serve immediately.
