  1. Add grated panner green chilli and all ingredient mix well keep in freeze for set
  2. Prepare the outer dough with maida water as per needed
  3. Keep dough in frreze to set minimum for 20 mints The dough should be non sticky
  4. Now take out the dough from cover and knead well for couple of mins or until smooth. Divide the dough into 3.
  5. Roll each ball into a big circle and use a small lid to cut out small discs from it. To make momos, take one circle we cut out, roll it again into thin disc.
  6. Smear the edges with a drop of water. Fill it in the middle with 1 & 1/2 tsp of the prepared filling and fold to seal the momos.
  7. Grease a steamer pan with some oil
  8. Arrange them in the pan, keeping space between them.
  9. Cover and steam for 15!minutes till the outer dough becomes transparent.
  10. Serve paneer momos hot with momos chutney or red chilli-garlic chutney, spicy schezwan sauce or tomato sauce. They also go best with a spicy sauce and should be eaten hot.
