The ingredients needed to make Momos:
  1. Prepare 200 grams Maida
  2. Get 4 onions
  3. Make ready 4 Capsicums
  4. Prepare as per taste Salt
  5. Get as per taste Red chilli powder
  6. Take as required Garam Masala
  7. Take 1 tsp Kitchen King
  8. Take as required Refined Oil
  9. Make ready 250 gms Paneer
Steps to make Momos:
  1. For Dough:- Take a bowl, put maida and salt in it, mix well, then add water and make a hard dough and cover with a cloth upto 25-30 mins.
  2. For filling:- Cut onion and capsicum in small pieces. Take a frying pan and put some oil in it. Then put onion and capsicum in it and mix them well. Add paneer, salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, kitchen king in ti and mix well. Then cover the frying pan and cook in low flame.
  3. Now take dough and make small ball shaped and roll it. Then add filling in it and cover giving a shape. Then steam them in a steamer or you can fry them. Like this your momos is ready to eat.
