- Take a bowl and add beaten egg, 1tsp soya sauce, 1tbsp chilli sauce, 1tbsp corn flour, black pepper. Add salt according to taste. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Add chicken to the above mixture and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Take oil in a fry pan put on heat. Put the marinated chicken in oil and fry for 5-8 minutes.
- Now put chicken aside in plate. Add onion to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add ginger- garlic paste. When it started smell than add fried Chicken, green chillies, remaining chilli garlic and soya sauce, salt as needed and cook for 3-5 minutes. Now chicken chilli dry is ready to serve 😋.
