  4. Add in the chopped chayote squash and required salt.cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. After 5 minutes once the squash is half cooked add in the soaked moong dal, cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. Once cooked add in the grated coconut, stir and switch off the stove.
  7. It’s done!
