The ingredients needed to make Veg Manchurian:
  1. Get medium sized cabbage chopped
  2. Take chopped onions
  3. Get grated carrots
  4. Take grated beetroot
  5. Take chopped flowers of cauliflower
  6. Prepare chopped capsicum
  7. Take black pepper powder
  8. Make ready tspn red chilli powder
  9. Take ginger garlic paste
  10. Get chopped green chillies
  11. Prepare handfull of spring onion leaves
  12. Get Salt
  13. Get Oil
  14. Prepare Soya sauce, Chilly Sauce, Tomato sauce each
  15. Prepare Arrowroot Powder
  16. Take Water
  17. Prepare All purpose flour
  18. Get Chicken Masala powder
  19. Make ready onion and capsicum chopped in cubes
  20. Make ready garlic and green chillies chopped
Steps to make Veg Manchurian:
  1. Wash the vegetables mentioned above and chop them as finely as you can.
  2. Now add red chilly powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, half tspn of all the sauces, chicken masala powder to it. Add 8-10 tspn of all purpose flour and 2 tspn of arrowroot powder. Gradually pour water and turn the veggies to a fine doe. Make sure the doe isn't sticky.
  3. Make small balls from the doe prepared and keep them aside. Now take a pan and add a good qnty of oil to fry the balls
  4. Deep fry the balls till they turn golden brown. They will look alike as shown in the picture below. I used them as starters in my get together party.
  5. Similary fry all the balls and keep them aside. Now take out all the extra oil from the pan leaving behind just 2-3 tsps. Add chopped garlic, green chillies, onion and capsicum and stir them for a couple of minutes on a highflame.
  6. Take a bowl and add 1 tspn of arrowroot powder to it. Add hlf glass of water, 1/2 tspn of all the sauces to make a mixture.
  7. Now pour this mixture to the pan and add 1/2 tspn of balck pepper powder and bring it to a boil. Now add all the balls to the pan and mix it well.
  8. Now take out the manchurians in a serving plate and garnish them using spring onion leaves. They are ready to serve.
