- Chop tamato, make tamarind pulp.in deep pan add chopped tomato, garlic cloves, tamarind pulp.put it on gas stove
- Dry roast coariander seeds, cumin seeds, pigeon pea dal,fry red chilli,curry leaves till aroma comes out.make fine powder.this is rasam powder
- Now put cooked dal in Deep pan,add Jaggary, Red chilly powder,salt, turmeric powder give one boil add rasam powder 2 tspoon.again Boil for five minutes.
- Heat tadaka pan add oil once heat add cumin seeds and curry leaves.pour it on rasam. Enjoy hot rasam with steamed rice and papad.
