Steps to make Easy Vegetable Fried Rice:
  1. Wash the Basmati rice, soak for 10 minutes then strain it.
  2. In a pressure cooker boil 6 cups of water with cinnamon,cardamom, cloves, little salt and Maggi veg. Cubes.
  3. When water starts to boil  add  rice, mix well and close the cooker with lid, when the steam  begins to come  through the nozzle put the weight
  4. Keep in a low flame for10minutes, then switch off the flame.
  5. After 20 minutes open the lid and transfer boiled  rice  in to a big shallow plate, keep aside.
  6. Stream the chopped vegetables except capsicum without changing  the col our.
  7. In a pan heat oil (any oil) saute onion for 1 minute, add steamed vegetables and chopped capsicum  mix well and add boiled rice to it.
  8. Add soya sauce, chilly sauce, pepper powder finally chopped coriander leaves. Add salt to taste.
  9. Mix  well all these together and transfer  in to a serving bowl.
