- Wash the Basmati rice, soak for 10 minutes then strain it.
- In a pressure cooker boil 6 cups of water with cinnamon,cardamom, cloves, little salt and Maggi veg. Cubes.
- When water starts to boil add rice, mix well and close the cooker with lid, when the steam begins to come through the nozzle put the weight
- Keep in a low flame for10minutes, then switch off the flame.
- After 20 minutes open the lid and transfer boiled rice in to a big shallow plate, keep aside.
- Stream the chopped vegetables except capsicum without changing the col our.
- In a pan heat oil (any oil) saute onion for 1 minute, add steamed vegetables and chopped capsicum mix well and add boiled rice to it.
- Add soya sauce, chilly sauce, pepper powder finally chopped coriander leaves. Add salt to taste.
- Mix well all these together and transfer in to a serving bowl.
