Steps to make Spaghetti with Vegan Meatballs:
  1. For Vegan meatballs, soak soya chunks for 15 minutes in water. Then drain the water completely and grind these soya chunks in minced meat form.
  2. Now in a pan add 1 tbps cooking oil and add chopped onion and saute till golden brown. Now add red chilli powder, salt, cheese and seasoning herbs and mix well.
  3. Now add minced soya chunks to it and cook for 2 minutes. And add soya sauce and tomato sauce and mix well.
  4. Take out in bowl and let it cool slightly. Now add 2 tbps cornflour and 3 tbps grinded bread and mix in dough form. If required you can add very little amount of water.
  5. Now with this dough make lemon size balls. And put in preheated appe pan at medium flame and bake from all sides.
  6. Now in small bowl add 3 tbps of tomato sauce and red chilli garlic tomato sauce and mix well. Vegan meat balls dip is ready.
  7. Now in a wok add 2 tbps oil and add sliced carrot. Saute for 2 minutes at medium flame.
  8. Now add french beans and saute for 1 minute and then add sliced onion and saute for 2 minutes.
  9. Now add sliced capsicum, salt, red chilli powder and seasoning herbs and mix well. Then add boiled spaghetti and cook for 1 minute and mix well.
  10. Spaghetti is ready to serve with sauces dipped Vegan meatballs with tomato sauce.
