- Firstly merinate the chicken with curd, salt, garlic paster, red pepper, gram masala, tikka powder, lemon Juice, chili sauce and soya sauce and set it aside for ½hour.
- For crepes, add flour, butter, milk, water, egg and salt in a blender and blend it properly. And batter consistency should be normal not so thick or not so thin.
- Now cook the chicken until it become dry and then add onions, cabbage, capsicum and cook it well.
- Burn a little piece of coal and place it in aluminium foil which you will place in the middle of pan and sprinkle some oil on burned coal and cover tha pan with lid. After sometime, remove the lid and you will love the smell of crepes filling and also its taste. Ok let it cool down and you cab also add cheese at that point to make it cheesy chicken Tikka crepes.
- Now grease the frypan and add batter on it and cook the "roti" properly on both sides.
- Now put some filling in the middle of roti and make it like a square. Use a slurry for its joining which is made by adding water in all-purpose flour.
- Now cook it at low flame in nonstick fry pan and cut it in the middle to make two triangles. Serve it with ketchup. 😊
